Space Brokers is a Czech origin independent real estate advisory company with a focus on commercial real estate, established in late 2020. It operates on the basis of long-term partnerships between its partners, and offers the same to its clients.

After an extremely successful first year of operation on the Czech market, SB expanded its operations to Slovakia in April 2022, where it established cooperation with equal senior partners, Martin Varačka and Martin Šafárik. Our team consists of 9 professionals with many years of experience in the Czech and Slovak real estate market.
