Space Brokers successfully represented LEONI WIRING SYSTEMS Slovakia in the search for new industrial space due to the relocation of the warehouse and production plant from Ilava.
The main challenge at the moment, when warehouse vacancy rate sits low, was to find in required timing a suitable space in location creating synergy with other LEONI operations.
As a result of the location search process, LEONI Wiring Systems Slovakia decided to expand in the neighbouring premises at Redside Park in Trenčín. Thanks to a quick agreement with the ZNO representatives this transaction could be closed very fast.
